Home Merchandising & Staging Services

We offer the following services:

Consultation with detailed analysis. During this consultation, we meet with the home owner, overview the concept and benefits of effectively merchandising their home, tour the residence, and provide a detailed analysis of everything that should be done to the house, inside and out, to best prepare it for sale. This fee structure is outlined in Column 2 below.

Room Editing. Similar to a one day makeover, our team does the work for you.  After meeting with the homeowner to discuss what needs to be done to maximize the sales potential of the home, we come in and perform miracles.  Most often it is much more effective and efficient for the home seller to utilize our room editing services because we bring a fresh eye and an experienced knack for neutralizing that most home sellers can’t match in their own home. In addition, it minimizes the work for the homeowner.  The fee outlined in Column 3 below represents the average cost to room edit a standard room.

Furniture and/or accessory rental. Many clients chose to “rent” lamps, plants, furniture and/or accessories from us while the house is on the market. The amounts listed in Columns 4 and 5 represent the average cost per month for supplemental and complete room (respectively) inventory rental.  The total cost depends on what, and how much, the client needs. We can furnish the whole home, partial rooms, or supplement existing furnishings as necessary.

We find that, in most cases, it is not necessary to furnish the entire house.
